Welcome, and thank you for choosing E & M Pro Supplies. By placing an order through this website or with us directly, you agree to the terms below.
Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailable inventory. Payment is due at the time of purchase unless you have an approved business credit account (see below).
Business Accounts (30-Day Net Terms)
Approved business customers may apply for a 30-day net credit account. Approval is at our discretion and may require submitting business information for review. Invoices under a net account are due in full within 30 days of the invoice date. Accounts not paid within terms may be subject to late fees, suspension of credit privileges, and a return to prepay/credit-card-only status for future orders.
Order Fulfillment: Pickup and Local Delivery
We currently fulfill orders through in-store pickup and local delivery only. We do not offer shipping outside the local service area at this time. Order fulfillment method and any applicable delivery details will be confirmed at checkout or by our team directly.
Pricing and Product Information
We work to ensure prices, descriptions, and product information are accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing or listing error on your order, we will contact you before proceeding, and you may choose to continue at the corrected price or cancel the order.
Product Use and Safety
Many of our products, including industrial and janitorial cleaning chemicals, are intended for professional or commercial use. It is the buyer’s responsibility to read, understand, and follow all manufacturer instructions, safety data sheets (SDS), and warning labels before using any product. E & M Pro Supplies is not responsible for injury, damage, or loss resulting from improper storage, handling, mixing, or use of any product purchased from us.
Returns and Refunds
